Community Voices: Street-level Youth Violence in Chittenden County, VT

We are interested in learning about your experience with street-level youth violence in your community. Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey. It should only take you about 15 minutes.

We will not be asking for your name, and this survey is completely secret and confidential. A few questions might seem a little personal - please have the courage to answer honestly. If you do not want to answer a question, you can skip to the next one. Also, you may exit the survey at any time.

This project is being conducted by Association of Africans Living in VT. The purpose is to engage community members in assessing the needs of refugee and immigrant youth in our community and to identify gaps in services.

Your survey responses will be collected via Google Forms where data will be stored in a password-protected electronic format. Google Forms does not collect any identifying information such as your name, email address, or IP address, therefore your responses will remain completely anonymous. No one will be able to identify you or your answers, and no one will know whether you participated in this survey.
