Community activities survey

At Herefordshire Council we are looking at how adults with care and support needs spend their time during the day, what they like to do and how we can continue to meet their needs in the future. This can include those people where we directly pay for their community activities, but also those who use methods such as direct payments or fund these activities themselves.
We’re wanting to hear from those who use services now, those who may use such services in the future, and parents and/or carers of individuals who need such support.

For the purpose of this survey, community activities include:
  • Activities targeted at individuals needing care and support.
  • Activities open to everybody, where individuals attend with support, if needed. This support may be provided by a family member, friend, or paid carer.
How we'll use the information from this consultation:
The information gathered will be used to inform our review of the community activity offer within Herefordshire. Any comments provided will be treated as confidential and will be anonymised before publication.
