Standard of Practice - Collaborative Care Survey

About The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM)

CPSM is the medical regulatory body that oversees the practice of medicine in Manitoba. CPSM's role is to protect the public and promote the safe and ethical delivery of quality medical care by physicians in Manitoba.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback on the draft Standard of Practice for Collaborative Care. This survey aims to gather feedback to help improve the final standard.

This draft standard is a culmination of two years' work by a group of specialists, family physicians, and public representatives who reviewed the challenges with the current standard and agreed that these are guidelines for best practices.

The working group will review all feedback received and make any adjustments before it is finalized.
