prevention of intravascular catheter infections in acute-care setting.

The survey consists of 4 main sections:
1. General Information
2. Surveillance of Bloodstream Infections (BSI) associated with Central and
Peripheral Venous Catheter (CLABSI)
3. Preventive measures for CLABSI
4. Training and audit of CLABSI preventive measures

All data will be kept confidential, and no identifying information will be disclosed.

The survey will take approximately 12 minutes to complete.
