Work together with your fellow CDI team members to design a coat of arms that represents your CDI team! Your design can highlight your team's personality, strengths, accomplishments, values, culture, or what makes your team unique. To download a template, click here. Submission Guidelines
- Open to all CDI teams
- One submission allowed per team
- Entries may be created digitally (Canva, PowerPoint, graphic design software, etc.) or hand-drawn and scanned/photographed
- The design should be original work created by team members
- Write a short description (1-3 sentences) explaining the meaning behind your design
- Submit entry and description between August 13, 2026, and September 18, 2026 (The winner will be announced September 25, 2026)
Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged on:
- Creativity and originality
- Representation of the team's identity
- Connection to the CDI profession
- Incorporation of the “Knights of the CDI Round Table” theme
- Overall visual impact
Members of the ACDIS Furthering Education Committee will judge all submissions. Please reach out to Committee Coordinator Jess Fluegel (jess.fluegel@hcpro.com) with any questions.
Awards
The committee will select one winning team as “Grand Champion” to receive a free ACDIS book of their choosing. All three finalists will be sent an award certificate and have their designs posted on the ACDIS website and social media channels.

Spirit of CDI Award
- Best representation of CDI values, mission, and purpose
