Introduction

The leadership of the national and provincial conferences believes that the Lord is moving in profound and powerful ways in our family of churches.  Although we find ourselves in a season of significant change, we are encouraged by how He is leading the Canadian MB Family.  We are committed to serving together better.

We want to ensure that we are wholeheartedly partnering with Him in the work He has for us to do in Canada and around the world.  In order to do this effectively, we want to review our relationships, structures and our culture.  This survey contains 20 questions as well as a few demographic questions. We would greatly appreciate your input into this process.

Your participation will provide very important input to enable us to effectively, efficiently and wholeheartedly partner with the Lord in the work He has for us to do as a denomination.  Thank you in advance for your participation.”
