Mae Gwobrau Gwirfoddoli CAVS 2026 yn cael eu cydlynu gan Gymdeithas Gwasanaethau Gwirfoddol Sir Gâr. Pwrpas y cynllun hwn yw cydnabod a dathlu'r gwahaniaeth y mae gwirfoddolwyr yn ei wneud i gymunedau yn Sir Gâr ac iddyn nhw eu hunain.

Categorïau Gwobrau
Mae yna chwech categori ar gyfer enwebiadau eleni:
  1. Grŵp Gwirfoddolwyr Oedolion (grŵp o wirfoddolwyr o fewn un sefydliad, y mwyafrif dros 25 oed)
  2. Grŵp Gwirfoddolwyr Ifanc (grŵp o wirfoddolwyr ifanc o fewn un sefydliad, y mwyafrif dan 26 oed)
  3. Arweinyddiaeth y Bwrdd (Byrddau ymddiriedolwyr sydd wedi darparu rheolaeth ragorol i'w sefydliad)
  4. Gwirfoddolwr Oedolyn (Unigolyn dros 25)
  5. Gwirfoddolwr Ifanc (Unigolyn dan 26)
  6. Cydnabyddiaeth Arbennig
Mae'r wobr Cydnabyddiaeth Arbennig ar gyfer gwirfoddolwr unigol, neu grŵp o wirfoddolwyr, nad ydynt yn ffitio i mewn i unrhyw un o'r categorïau eraill. Mae un cwestiwn ychwanegol ar gyfer y categori hwn felly gwnewch yn siŵr eich bod yn ei ateb, gan ddarparu digon o wybodaeth yn manylu pam rydych chi'n meddwl bod y gwirfoddolwr neu'r grŵp yn haeddu gwobr arbennig.

Bydd CAVS yn cysylltu â'r rhai sydd wedi cyrraedd y rownd derfynol a'u gwahodd i fynychu seremoni Gwobrau Gwirfoddolwyr ddydd Gwener 20 Tachwedd (lleoliad i'w gyhoeddi).

RHAID derbyn enwebiadau erbyn 5pm ddydd Gwener 16 Hydref 2026.

Bydd panel annibynnol o feirniaid sy'n cynnwys staff CAVS, ymddiriedolwyr a chynrychiolwyr y sector gwirfoddol yn gwneud y penderfyniad terfynol ar y ceisiadau buddugol.

Gwneir penderfyniadau ynghylch y gwobrau YN UNIG ar y wybodaeth a ddarperir ar y ffurflen hon, felly gwnewch eich cais mor fanwl â phosibl.

Peidiwch ag anghofio:
Rhowch gymaint o wybodaeth ag y gallwch ym mhob adran sy'n berthnasol i'r categori penodol. Efallai na fydd ffurflenni enwebu nad oes ganddynt ddigon o wybodaeth yn cael eu beirniadu.

Gwnewch yn siŵr bod gennym holl fanylion cyswllt yr enwebai, a'ch manylion cyswllt chi, a bod y cais wedi'i gwblhau'n llawn. Ni fydd enwebiadau heb y manylion cyswllt angenrheidiol yn cael eu hystyried.
The CAVS Volunteering Awards 2026 are coordinated by Carmarthenshire Association of Voluntary Services. The purpose of this scheme is to recognise and celebrate the real difference that volunteers make to communities in Carmarthenshire and to themselves.

Award Categories

There are six categories for nominations this year:
  1. Adult Volunteer Group (a group of volunteers with one organisation, the majority of whom are over 25 years of age)
  2. Young Volunteer Group (a group of volunteers with one organisation, the majority of whom are aged 25 or younger)
  3. Board Leadership (Trustee Boards who have provided outstanding leadership to their organisation)
  4. Adult Volunteer (Individual aged 26 or over)
  5. Young Volunteer (Individual under 26)
  6. Special Recognition
The Special Recognition award is for an individual volunteer, or group of volunteers, that do not fit into any of the other categories. There is one additional question for this category so please make sure you answer it, providing plenty of information detailing why you think the volunteer or group deserves a special award.

Finalists will be contacted by CAVS and invited to attend our Volunteer Awards ceremony on Friday 20 November (venue to be announced closer to the event).

Nominations MUST be received by 5pm on Friday 16 October 2026.

An independent panel of judges consisting of CAVS staff, trustees and representatives of the voluntary sector will judge the nominations and make the final decisions on winning entries.

Decisions regarding the awards will be made SOLELY on the information provided on this form, so please make your application as detailed as possible.

Don’t forget:
Give as much information as you can in each section relevant to the Award category. Nomination forms that do not have enough information may not be judged.

Please ensure we have all the nominee's contact details, and your contact details, and that the application is completed in full. Nominations without the necessary contact details will not be accepted.

14% of survey complete.
