Parents or carers may also complete the survey on behalf of a child or young person who has been diagnosed with cancer.
Cancer52 is a charity and an alliance of over 100 patient groups and charities that represent and support people with rare and less common cancers. By rare and less common, we mean all cancers other than the four most common: breast, bowel, lung and prostate.
