Filing Fee Application

Thank you for your interest in running for office in Texas. Blue Horizon Texas PAC is a general-purpose PAC in Texas with the mission of supporting Democratic and progressive candidates running for office in red and rural areas. To help you get started on your journey, we are offering filing fee grants to Democrats running for Texas State Board of Education, State Senate, or State Representative districts with a Republican +10 advantage or greater.

We hope to be able to assist all candidates who are in financial need, but grant availability cannot be guaranteed for all applicants. Grants will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
