After the success of last year’s first annual Best of Deltona, we are excited to celebrate our community once again!
The Best of Deltona 2026 Survey is your chance to recognize the people, businesses, places, and organizations that make our community shine even brighter.
Voting is open from June 15 through August 1, 2026, and you may vote once per day. Winners and Top Finalists will be revealed at the Best of Deltona Awards Gala on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at The Center at Deltona.
Best of Deltona 2026 – Official Voting Rules, Limits & Conditions
Eligibility
• Only businesses located within the official City of Deltona limits are eligible and only votes for businesses within those limits will be counted.
Voting Period
• Voting opens June 15, 2026, at 8:00 AM., and closes August 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
• Voting is online only and available 24/7 during the voting period.
• Voters can access the official ballot through the link provided by My Deltona Magazine and official Best of Deltona platforms.
Ballot Requirements
• To be considered valid, each ballot must contain votes in at least 6 different categories.
• All ballots must include the voter’s email address and zip code.
• Voters must be 18 years or older to participate.
Voting Limits
• One ballot per day is allowed.
• Limit applies per person, email address, and/or social media account.
• Any attempt to circumvent these limits, including the use of multiple email addresses, fake accounts, automated voting systems, or third-party voting services, may result in disqualification of all votes associated with that individual or business.
Winner & Finalist Selection
• In each category, the top three (3) businesses, organizations, or individuals receiving the most valid votes will be recognized as official finalists.
• Of these three (3) finalists, the business, organization, or individual with the highest number of valid votes will be declared the winner.
• The businesses, organizations, or individuals ranked second (2nd) and third (3rd) will remain recognized as official finalists.
• In the event of a tie, suspected fraud, or technical issues preventing a clear determination, My Deltona Magazine reserves the right to make the final decision based on the valid votes collected.
Organizer’s Rights
• My Deltona Magazine reserves the right to approve, remove, merge, rename, or modify categories and nominees at its sole discretion.
• My Deltona Magazine may introduce special recognition or honorary awards in select categories; these awards will not be part of the public voting process.
• Voting rules and timelines are fixed once published and will not be changed during the voting period.
• In the rare event of hacking, fraud, or technical failures that prevent a fair outcome, My Deltona Magazine reserves the right to suspend voting, close voting early, remove fraudulent votes, or determine winners based on the valid votes collected up to that point.
Additional Conditions
• By participating, voters agree to abide by these official rules and agree not to use automated systems, paid voting services, or fraudulent methods to influence results.
• By submitting a ballot, voters consent to opt in to receive the My Deltona Magazine newsletter.
• Some categories, finalists, or winners may be featured in print, digital, social media, promotional campaigns, and/or the Best of Deltona Awards Gala at the discretion of My Deltona Magazine.
