Babysitting Seminar Registration

Please fill out this form to pre-register your child for the Babysitting Seminar to be held on Friday, April 18th. This year, the class will be one session held from 9:00-12:00 a.m. The class will be held in the Large Conference Room on the lower level of Veterans Memorial Hospital.

Cost for the seminar is $10.00. Only the first 20 registrants will be accepted for the class.

Participants should enter the hospital through the lower level, loading dock entrance near the MRI trailer on the east side of the hospital, along the golf course. Signs will be posted.
