Alaska's Mandated Reporters: Experiences, Perspectives, and Needs |
The Alaska Children's Trust is conducting a survey to understand the experiences, perspectives, and needs of Alaskan mandated reporters, who are legally required to report suspected cases of child abuse and neglect. Your responses will help us understand the current state of mandatory reporting in Alaska and develop approaches to support mandated reporters and improve the reporting system and process.
This survey should take about 15 minutes. Please complete it by November 22.
Responses will go directly to the Alaska Children's Trust. Your responses will remain confidential; only group trends and results will be shared with partners. If you choose to write in responses, direct quotes may be used, but no identifiable information will be included. Responses will guide future work, including updated training and additional resources for mandated reporters. Your participation is completely voluntary. You can skip any question that you are uncomfortable answering, and you can end your participation at any point.
If you would like to be entered into a drawing to receive one of four $100 gift cards as a thank you for your participation, you will have the opportunity to do so at the end of the survey. Information for the drawing will be collected on a separate form to ensure your anonymity.
For questions regarding this survey, please contact Eliza Posner, Director of Strategy at the Alaska Children's Trust, at eposner@alaskachildrenstrust.org. This survey is fully funded by the Alaska Children's Trust and was adapted with permission from Evident Change.
