Event Period
The “Win an ADATA SD7.1 Express Memory Card” Event (“Event”) will run from September 8, 2025 to October 13, 2025 (GMT).

Event Guidelines
During the event period, participants must submit their answers through the official event survey website.

Award Mechanism
ADATA will announce the winners on October 20, 2025 via the ADATA Global Instagram account and the official event website.

Terms and Conditions
  • This Event is organized by ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Organizer”).
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event guidelines and details at any time, including making changes, corrections, deletions, additions, or cancellations, without prior notice. In such cases, the Organizer assumes no legal responsibility to any participants.
  • By participating in the Event, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • If the Organizer discovers that multiple accounts have been registered under the same address and/or phone number, these accounts will be regarded as belonging to the same participant.
  • The Organizer reserves the right of final decision regarding any disputes over the eligibility of submitted entries.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in participant-provided information, including personal and contact details. The Organizer assumes no legal responsibility for any errors or losses resulting from such inaccuracies.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Taipei District Court, Taiwan.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer retains the right to determine the allocation of prizes.
  • Once winners are announced, they will be notified by the Organizer. If a winner fails to respond within two weeks of the notification, their eligibility will be forfeited. In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner in any appropriate and reasonable manner.
  • Participants acknowledge and agree that all submitted information is accurate and true. Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information will result in disqualification. If false information causes harm to the Organizer or any third party, the responsible participant will bear legal consequences. The Organizer assumes no legal responsibility for any untrue or inappropriate information provided by participants.
