Access to mental health and addiction services - lived experience

For our next monitoring report, Te Hiringa Mahara (the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission) is investigating access to mental health and addiction services.

 

We want to know what it is like for people to access mental health and addiction services in Aotearoa, and better understand what service options are available.

 

We want to hear from people who have experience of mental distress, alcohol or other drug harm, gambling harm, or addiction (even if you have not accessed services for this).

Your experiences will help us understand changes in the number of people using mental health and addiction services. We will use the information we collect to advocate for changes to the mental health and addiction system.
