2025 Atomic Mentoring Program - Mentee Application

Thank you for your interest in the Atomic Mentoring Program.

This application is intended for nuclear professionals in NAYGN, ANS-YMG, or IYNC.

The program will consist of 2 kickoff meetings (May/June). The mentoring will consist of approximately 6 sessions from May to September 2025. In addition, participants will be encouraged to shadow their mentor and to perform a task-based leadership activity. Participants will also be paired with a student and serve as a mentor to future nuclear professionals. Finally, we will celebrate the finale of the program with a closing session.

We will strive to pair you with the optimal mentor. Although your mentor might not meet all of your preferences, we will work to find one that meets as many as possible.

Participants will be paired with a mentor outside of their current company. The mentoring sessions will be virtual.
