Introduction
Your opinion is important to us. At the People’s Music School (TPMS), we want to know how we can serve our students and families better. We want parents / guardians to give us feedback about your family’s experience so far this school year. This survey should be completed by an adult, and only 1 survey should be completed for each family.
This survey should take you 5-10 minutes to complete and you will receive 30 minutes towards your service hour requirement for your participation. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and helping us make our school better!
