Zoo Educator Advisory Collaborative Members will:
• Meet virtually 4 times throughout the year and one all day in-person day that will be determined by the collaborative.
*Tentative Virtual Meeting Dates*: Sept 16, Nov 18, Jan 13, Mar 10, or June 16 will be held from 4:00-5:00 pm
• Serve in an advisory role to assist with the development of new and the revision of current educational programs offered.
• Serve as an ambassador in your school, district and/or community—disseminate information about offerings and to colleagues, and share teacher feedback with the park.
• Provide feedback and guidance on how the North Carolina Zoo could better serve education programs across the state.
• Have the exclusive opportunity to work with zoo educators and be an integral part of zoo conservation education programming.

*Contact Hours - a certificate will be emailed to you with the number of contact hours for the year to document your work - some districts may allow you to use this for CEUs.
*Family Membership to the North Carolina Zoo (good for 1 year)
