The SHRM Oklahoma Belonging Award recognizes HR professionals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in fostering cultures of belonging in the workplace and beyond.
Who should be nominated:
An HR professional who has intentionally led efforts to build inclusive, people-centered cultures where belonging is embedded in how work gets done.
This award honors individuals who intentionally create environments where people feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute fully. Recipients champion inclusive practices, embed belonging into organizational culture, and use their influence to drive meaningful and lasting change.
Candidates are recognized as values-driven leaders whose work advances the SHRM mission of Serving the HR Professional and Advancing the Profession by ensuring that workplaces are equitable, inclusive, and human-centered.
