Joy and Kyle Killingsworth Volunteer Leader of the Year

The Joy and Kyle Killingsworth Volunteer Leader of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding SHRM Oklahoma volunteer who demonstrates exceptional leadership, service, and commitment to advancing the HR profession. This award honors individuals who go above and beyond in their volunteer roles to support their chapter, strengthen member engagement, and contribute to the success of their local chapter and / or SHRM Oklahoma initiatives. Recipients embody a spirit of service, collaboration, and leadership that positively impacts the HR community across the state.
Examples of Nominees May Include Individuals Who:
  • Serve in a chapter or state leadership role and consistently exceed expectations
  • Lead or contribute significantly to programs, events, or initiatives
  • Mentor and support other HR professionals or volunteer leaders
  • Demonstrate ongoing commitment to strengthening the HR community
  • Represent SHRM Oklahoma with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
