What it recognizes: A facilitator who transforms the FastTrac experience from a program into a movement.

Any facilitator can deliver a curriculum. This one delivers an experience. The Outstanding Facilitator Award goes to the individual who walks into every cohort session with intention, energy, and an unwavering commitment to the entrepreneurs in the room. They do not just teach the FastTrac content, they bring it to life. They make it relevant, make it engaging, and make sure every participant leaves with more than they came in with.

This facilitator goes beyond the slides. They show up with additional resources, real-world connections, and the kind of follow-through that tells entrepreneurs they are not alone. They know their cohort participants by name, by dream, and by challenge. They reach out, check in, and make the effort to connect founders to the broader ecosystem around them, because they understand that FastTrac is a door, not just a destination.

They are the reason participants come back. They are the reason facilitators around them raise their game. They are not just delivering a program. They are building a community.

A nominee for this award consistently demonstrates:

· An engaging, dynamic cohort experience that keeps participants active, invested, and coming back session after session. Their facilitation style is not passive. It sparks conversation, draws out insight, and makes the curriculum feel personal.

· A commitment to going above and beyond by bringing supplemental tools, outside resources, and real-world context into every session. They do not stop at the workbook. They find what their cohort needs and they deliver it.

· Genuine, meaningful connection with entrepreneurs that extends beyond the classroom. They check in between sessions, follow up after graduation, and treat every participant as someone worth investing in.

· Active ecosystem building by connecting founders to mentors, networks, capital sources, and community partners. They understand that entrepreneurship does not happen in isolation, and they make sure their cohort participants never have to.

· A presence that elevates everyone around them, inspiring fellow facilitators, supporting Program Directors, and representing what excellence in FastTrac delivery truly looks like.
