Introduction
ACPSEM is undertaking a member satisfaction survey to better understand what members value, what is not working as well as it should, and where we need to improve.
We want honest feedback. That includes what you love about ACPSEM, what frustrates you, what feels difficult or unclear, what benefits you actually use, what you wish existed, and what would make your membership feel more valuable.
This survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
Your responses will help shape future member services, communications, digital tools, events, education, advocacy, and the member portal experience. Responses may be reported in aggregate to ACPSEM leadership, committees, and staff to guide planning and improvement.
Where open-text responses are provided, comments may be de-identified and themed for internal reporting.
