Welcome

Thank you for deciding to take a local Education Needs Assessment survey for individuals ages 17 and over (out of high school). The Community Education Center of Elk and Cameron Counties (CEC) and the Potter County Education Council (PCEC), serving Potter and McKean Counties periodically conduct this survey to determine the educational needs of the region. The online survey must be completed in one session. If you are completing a paper-based survey, please return it to the CEC of Elk & Cameron Counties or PCEC, serving Potter and McKean Counties. You can also scan and email your completed paper survey to cec@communityedcenter.com. Please plan to spend approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey. The survey must be completed in a single session.
