Note that this option may increase the chance for surface ice on our roads until the frozen moisture melts.

If yes, please suggest the type and the amount of discretionary spending allowed to the Board. Note that any requirement for approval by community consensus (a quorum) may significantly delay the resolution of a problem affecting our community.
