Can you believe its almost Christmas time already!
2022 has come and gone right before our eyes, a year of ups and downs as we re-calibrate with life as we know it.

2022 began with a bang for Mitch Freedman Racing, a double at Terang on January 2 was the beginning of a big Summer and Autumn for the team, highlighted by Ho Ho Khan winning the Group 3 Hobart Cup. Freedman's second stakes level victory of the season.

In comparison with other major trainers at Ballarat (more than 50 starters this season), Freedman matches the overall average of 12% winners and a pleasing 35% of runners in the top three. We are ramping up for a promising Summer and Autumn period, with exciting horses like Belle Et Riche, Attrition and Zorro's Dream.

Currently 59% of horses under the care of Mitch Freedman are unraced, many of whom will be making their debut by season's end. We felt there was no better time to seek the feedback of our fantastic owners before we launch into a busy 2023 and the beginning of the 2023 sales season.
