Rockingham Reserve Program - Nature Immersion Walk at Baldivis Children's Forest

Join us for a gentle, quiet walk, using all your senses to explore the bushland.

Different activities and invitations will be offered along the way to help you ‘sink in’ to greater mindfulness and awe, all while enjoying health benefits like boosted immunity and reduced stress.

To end, participants share experiences and insights while enjoying a cup of tea in the Japanese tea ceremony style. You will be glad you came along.
