The Tech Leadership Institute (TLI) is a 8-week program designed to help new undergraduate students (first-year and transfer) develop their personal and professional skills so they can be more successful both in and out of the classroom and have a positive impact on the Texas Tech community.
Students admitted into the TLI program will meet from 5:00 - 7:00 PM on Tuesday evenings in the fall semester, beginning on September 22nd and concluding November 10th.
*Applicants must be undergraduates in their first year at TTU, meaning their first semester was/is Spring 2026, Summer 2026, OR Fall 2026.
