Information collected through this form is used to complete an application for a potential camper to participate in the National Air and Space Museum’s Aviation Explorers Camp in Virginia, Level 1 (June 22-July 3) or Level 2 (July 27-August 7), and is used only to evaluate the applicant for participation.
