LeadInSecurity is NATO’s Leadership Accelerator for Women in Defence and Security, designed to connect emerging women leaders with established professionals in the defence and security sector through one-to-one mentoring, workshops, and in-person events.
This 10-month mentorship programme (October 2026—July 2027) is open to the next generation of women leaders aged 25 to 35, from a NATO Allied country, working in defence, security, or related fields such as STEM or international relations. We are looking for motivated, curious, and driven young women ready to invest in their personal and professional growth.
