Thank you for taking the time to visit and fill in the Captive Review 2026 Captive Manager Survey.

With the nature of captive management continuing to evolve at pace, this year we have opened up the survey to all employees at captive management firms. Unlike previous years, no longer are we only interested in hearing about industry benchmarking trends from leaders of captive management firms. While this is still valuable information on the direction of the market, this year we also want to collate perspectives on the experience of working at a captive management firm, whatever the particular role, across a variety of demographics.

This year’s survey has three distinct sections. The first section gathers some background information about you to help us understand responses across different roles, experience levels and regions. The second section consists of a series of statements for you to agree or disagree with, with space for additional comments if you choose. And the third section gathers views on the state of the captive industry, looking to identify the trends, opportunities and threats currently in play.

All responses are treated as anonymous and confidential. Comments may be shared in our final publication, but none will be attributed to particular individuals or companies.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete, and must be submitted by 11.59pm EST on Tuesday 30th June 2026.
