Salford Parent Carer Forum are working alongside Salford Council, health services, and wider organisations to hear the views of parent carers in relation to their child's/young person's Special Educational Needs or Disabilities. Your responses will enable us to look at what is working well and where improvements need to be made. We would love to hear your thoughts through this survey.
This survey is open to Salford residents who have a child/young person aged 0-25, who have Special Educational Needs or Disabilities.
