Lower Saucon Township Community Survey

Introduction

Thank you for taking part in this important survey. The purpose of this survey is to understand the community’s priorities and concerns around the future of economic development and land use in the Township. The survey submissions will be anonymous.
This survey will also help shape the Township’s ongoing financial impact study examining the potential closure of the Bethlehem Landfill in Lower Saucon Township. The landfill has historically provided the Township with $1.9 million - $2.5 million in revenue annually, but also has legal, environmental, woodland and wildlife preservation, health impacts, and property value costs.
Your responses will help the Township Council understand resident perspectives on the future of the landfill and the trade-offs involved if revenue from the landfill ends.
