Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to help shape the future of Youth Ultimate. The feedback you provide will guide important decisions about how to structure USA Ultimate's Youth Competitions.

This survey describes some proposed changes for the youth club summer (YCC) competition structure, based on feedback received, with different questions for different roles (players, parents, coaches, organizers). As you proceed into your section, please read each description carefully before answering the related questions.

This survey is broken into 4 sections: Player, Parent, Coach, Organizer.

You should complete the section that corresponds with your role.

If you have multiple roles, you may complete multiple sections (one at a time). But if you complete more than one section, we ask that you answer each section from each different perspective (especially questions that are the same or very similar between sections). For example, if you are a parent of a youth player and a coach of a youth team, if you choose to answer the questions in both sections, when you are completing the “coach” section we would ask you think about only your perspective while wearing the “coach hat” and share your parent-centered perspective when completing the parent section.
