Public Health departments in the Finger Lakes Region are interested in learning about your experience with raw (unpasteurized) milk, which is milk that has not been pasteurized to kill germs. If you purchase milk in a grocery store, it is pasteurized, not raw.

Answers are confidential. What you share will help Public Health learn why people decide to drink or avoid raw milk, what risks or benefits they consider, and how clear current health messages are.
