Family hubs will provide spaces and places for children, young people and families to learn and thrive, helping them to be happy, healthy and safe.
A familiar and welcoming space in the local area for ALL families with children aged 0-19 (25 with SEND) and the wider community.
What a Family Hub will mean for you
The Family Hubs will be a place for you to access information, support and guidance on services and activities for the whole family in your community.
There will be a range of services and people available. The people working in the Family Hub will work in partnership with you, your family and the community to ensure there is access to the right support, information and advice, at the right time and in the way that is right for you.We value your input to help us shape future services in your community.
