The Port of Portland is committed to ensuring that all residents and visitors have equal access to its programs, services, and activities.

This survey is part of the Port of Portland's American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation process. The ADA is a federal civil rights law that requires public agencies to provide equal access to people with disabilities in all programs, services, activities, and facilities.

The Port of Portland operates multiple facilities. This survey focuses on Portland International Airport (PDX) and the Port Headquarters, the Port's primary public-facing locations. Other Port facilities are primarily commercial, industrial, or trade-related in nature and not routinely open to the public.

The purpose of this survey is to gather input from the public, especially individuals with disabilities, their families, and advocates, about any barriers they have encountered when accessing Port, services, programs or communications at PDX or Port Headquarters. Your feedback will help the Port identify areas for improvement and develop a Transition Plan to enhance accessibility. Participation is voluntary, and responses will remain confidential.
