*IMPORTANT: You must submit a PROGRAM application to be considered for a scholarship. Individuals who only submit a scholarship application DO NOT qualify for the HAL Program. HAL Program (linked above) and Scholarship applications + HAL program application fee are ALL due by Friday, August 14, 2026. No refunds.*

The Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is delighted to present a re-imagined and inspiring Hispanic Austin Leadership program. HAL’s mission is to advance the development of Austin’s most promising leaders, entrepreneurs and community partners focused on engaging and advancing the cause for Austin’s Latinos. The program consists of interdisciplinary sessions and community impact projects designed to be resourceful and have a direct influence on Austin’s most important professional sectors.

HAL Program tuition is $3000. There is a limited amount of scholarship opportunities and they will be awarded upon review by the HAL Committee and the individuals will be contacted. Program Application + Application fee MUST also be submitted for scholarship consideration.
