We have a design for Errol Heights Park! Tell us what you think.

Portland Parks and Recreation has dedicated $12.7 million to improving the 16-acre Errol Heights Park. As part of the design phase we have received hundreds of comments about what makes Errol Heights Park special and the types of activities people would like to do there in the future. Based on that feedback, we now have a proposed design for the park.

With this survey, you will get to preview the park design for Errol Heights Park and tell us what you think. Your feedback will help us refine the final park design that will be recommended to the city in 2019.

The design includes the following features:

· Natural habitat and wetland areas
· Nature trails
· Overlooks
· A pollinator garden
· A play area
· A splash pad
· Informal gathering areas, including lawns and picnic tables
· Basketball court
· A skate spot
· An outdoor classroom
· Portland Loo restrooms

Other things to know about the park:
· The Errol Heights Community Garden will remain in place.
· SE Tenino Court, near the garden, will be closed to vehicle traffic allowing both areas of the park to be better integrated.
· The park will not include a soccer field or new parking on site.

Thanks for participating in this survey and for providing your feedback! Your participation will help make Errol Heights Park a special place to play and enjoy nature.
