Introduction
Thank you for taking part in this survey. Youth United Stockton Alliance (YUSA) brings together youth organisations across Stockton-on-Tees to provide safe, engaging and high-quality opportunities for young people. This survey is part of an independent evaluation, commissioned by Catalyst and carried out by ERS, to learn how well YUSA is working for young people, families, communities and delivery partners.
We want to hear about your experiences and perspectives to help shape the future of youth provision in the area. The survey should take around ten minutes. Most questions are multiple choice, with the option to add more detail if you wish. All responses are confidential, used only for this evaluation, and will not be shared in a way that identifies individuals or organisations. Taking part is voluntary and you can exit at any time.
