VolALX April, May & June 2026 ARTS & CRAFTS FAIRS

Saturday, April 18; Sundays, May 31 and June 28, 10-4 p.m. hosted by Volunteer Alexandria

April 18 we are joining the Alexandria West-End Business Association Festival to include Arts & Crafts vendors in Cameron Station. May and June Arts and Crafts Fairs will take place at Tavern Square in Old Town where we are partnering with MADE in ALX. Tavern Square is across the street from City Hall Market Square.

These smaller fairs will have limited space available at about 35 vendors each.

In order to be eligible:
1. Please answer ALL of the questions in this survey.
2. Artists must be the maker of all of the items they sell.
3. Photos of your work are required either via email or from your website (no FB or IG references please).

All vendors MUST bring their own tables and tents.

I have read and understand the information and rules for exhibitors participating in the Fair, and I agree to abide by them. I pledge my cooperation with Volunteer Alexandria.
I will NOT participate if I have any symptoms of illness 10 days prior to the event and/or have been quarantined.

I understand that no refunds will be issued three weeks prior to event day and that all refund requests prior to this date will incur a $25 service charge. Volunteer Alexandria reserves the right to accept or reject any and all applications. Location determined at our discretion. Acceptance contingent upon jury selection and space availability.

Vendors NOT accepted will receive a 95% refund if paid online (processing fees).(Required.)
