Speak Up Review - NHS Overseas-Trained Workers: Worker Questionnaire
Speak Up Review - NHS Overseas-Trained Workers: Worker Questionnaire
Dear Participant,
Thank you for taking the time to participate in this questionnaire. Kindly note that this questionnaire is open to all overseas trained workers in clinical practice.
The National Guardian’s Office is carrying out a speak up review to enhance the understanding and improvement of the Speak Up culture among overseas-trained workers in the NHS and develop actionable recommendations to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for these workers.
Speaking up may take many forms, including a discussion with a line manager, an idea for improvement submitted as part of a suggestion scheme, raising an issue with a Freedom to Speak Up Guardian, or bringing a matter to the attention of a regulator.
We are keen to hear from you as part of this review. This survey aims to understand the challenges and barriers faced by overseas trained workers in speaking up within their organisations, as well as to identify effective measures to support and enhance their experience.
Your responses will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of this review.
This questionnaire consists of 45 questions across 7 sections. Your responses will only be recorded when you click the Done button to finish the survey and you see the Survey End Page. If you leave the survey before doing this, your answers will not be recorded. If you close your browser before submitting your answers, your entries may be lost.
We expect the questionnaire to take approximately 15 minutes to complete. While none of the questions are mandatory, we urge you to answer as many as possible to make the most of your insights.
Please note that the questionnaire will close at 23:59 on 3rd October 2024. If you have any questions about completing the questionnaire, please feel free to contact us at IntelligenceandLearning@Nationalguardianoffice.org.uk.
We appreciate your honesty and openness in sharing your experiences and perspectives.
