FWA is in search of the top professionals under 40 in the family wealth industry. This program will honor the industry's rising stars who have demonstrated success in their careers and made significant contributions to the industry. All nominations must be submitted by Friday, March 20th, 2026.
Eligibility Requirements
Nominees should be established professionals with a strong record of innovation and outstanding performance. Additional requirements include:

- Nominees must be under the age of 40 as of January 1, 2026.
- Nominees must serve Ultra High Net Worth clients at an MFO or other established multifamily wealth practice.
- Nominees must be nominated by a supervisor, mentor, client, or colleague; self-nominations will not be accepted.
- Only complete applications will be considered.
- All nominations must be submitted by Friday, March 20th, 2026.
FWA reserves the right to determine if eligibility criteria are not met which may result in disqualification.

Your nominee will receive an email from FWA staff notifying them that they have been nominated for the Alliance Young Professionals Awards and by whom. They may choose to opt out of consideration for the award within two weeks of nomination, or by March 27th, 2026, whichever comes first.
