My name is Kei Skeide, MS LMFT, and I’m a PhD candidate in Couple and Family Therapy at Antioch University New England.

This project is part of my doctoral research and is conducted with faculty supervision. This questionnaire asks about your experiences with social connection and loneliness, mood and anxiety symptoms, and technology/AI use over time. Your participation is voluntary and you can stop at any time.

This initial questionnaire includes nine sections:
(1) eligibility,
(2) consent to longitudinal study,
(3) technology and AI use,
(4) your relationship to technology/AI – Part 1,
(5) your relationship to technology/AI – Part 2,
(6) opinions about AI,
(7) open reflection,
(8) assessments, and
(9) demographics.

We aim to protect your privacy by minimizing identifying information and using confidentiality safeguards described in the consent form.

If you have questions about the study, contact Kei Skeide, MS at kskeide@antioch.edu.

This project has been reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at Antioch University New England.
