Youth Mental Health Coalition: Immediate Feedback: Training Survey 2023

Hello!
As part of the Youth Mental Health Coalition's (YMHC) Community Education and Professional Development initiative a wide variety of trainings are available for organizations and adults who support youth within Greater Springfield communities. Our intention is to provide learning opportunities focused on the behavioral health of BIPOC youth and families in the Springfield area.

We are hoping you will complete this 3 to 5 minute survey to help us understand:
(1) If the trainings offered meet the needs of Springfield and surrounding communities, and
(2) The usefulness of the training content.

Any information collected will be kept confidential and only accessible to the Public Health Institute of Western MA project staff.
