The deadline to submit your application is April 12, 2026. Only applications submitted by this date will be reviewed by the Selection Committee. There is no fee to apply. If selected, a $100 program fee will be paid for by a scholarship. All applicants will be notified of their selection in May 2026.
To apply for this program, you must be a sophomore in high school who lives in or attends school in Pottawattamie County. The Youth Leadership Council Bluffs program takes place during your junior year of high school.
