This survey is intended for young people in California (ages 10-25). If you have already taken this survey in the last 30 days, please do not take it again.
Please answer the following questions as honestly as possible. All of your answers are anonymous, no one will know how you answer unless you tell them. Your responses will be grouped with all responses from your area and the entire state. This is a SHORT survey that only takes an estimated 4 minutes to complete.
