The North Bay Business Journal is seeking nominations for its annual Forty Under 40 awards, recognizing individuals who have demonstrated exceptional achievements, leadership, and impact in their respective fields before reaching the age of 40.

Nominate influential executives and professionals in the North Bay under 40 years old who fit any of the following profiles:
  • People who demonstrate extraordinary leadership qualities
  • Innovators who have changed the way their industry does business
  • Individuals whose work has a wide-reaching impact on the business community
  • Executives and professionals advancing quickly in their organizations
  • Entrepreneurs who create a new product or market

Winners must be under the age of 40 as of the date of the event on Tuesday April 21, 2026, and must live/work in Sonoma, Marin, Napa, or Solano counties.

The nomination process will open on Monday December 8th, 2026.

Completed surveys are due at the end of the day on Friday January 30st, 2026.

Those selected will be featured in a special publication in the North Bay Business Journal and awards reception on April 21, 2026.

Supporting documents are welcome but do not replace the nomination form.

We only need one form per nominee. Winners are chosen based on qualification and not on the number of nominations received.
