Members are encouraged to submit any questions for in AGM in advance if possible. If you have a question or something you'd like to share ahead of the meeting please share below. We will also aim to take as many questions as time permits at the AGM.

To ensure we can respond to as many questions as possible it will help the time management of the meeting if you can submit questions in advance where known.

VOTING AT THE MEETING
For business items requiring a Vote at the meeting this will be undertaken by an show of hands (Poll) of eligible voting Members attending the meeting and the Votes cast on behalf of anyone appointing a Voting Representative (See below).

If you are unable to attend the meeting or would prefer you can appoint a voting representative to vote on your behalf

VOTING REPRESENTATIVE
The Rules (Rule 50 - 54) allow members to appoint a Voting Representation to represent them at General Meetings and may speak or vote on their behalf. This could be the AGM Chair or another person. A Voting Representative must act in accordance with your instructions. If you wish to appoint a Voting Representative you must confirm at least 2 clear days prior to the AGM (by 9th September 2025).

* 7. I confirm that I am a member of Timperley Sports Club Ltd and have paid my annual Subscription (where applicable) - see below

AGM attendance and voting eligibility - Subscriptions / Due Dates:

Full Member - playing and non playing
Cricket and Full (Voting) Non Playing Member subscriptions for 2025-26 must have been paid online via then new FSI by 31st August 2025.

Football, Hockey and Lacrosse - 2025-26 Subs are not due for payment until 30th September 2025 so unless already paid online for 2025-26, those Playing Members who paid their 2024-25 Subscription will be eligible to attend and Vote at the 6th AGM.'

Associate Members (Non Playing Aged 16+ or Playing Under 16) may attend the AGM but do not have a vote.

Former TSC Hon Life Members and Life Social (individual or joint) have had their membership carried over to TSC Ltd and may attend and Vote at the AGM.

Full Voting Member (playing or non playing - ages 16+) and paid subscription by relevant dates**

Honorary Life Member or Life Non Playing Member (former life social) - no subs due (Full Voting)
