Purpose:


To identify the essential AI-related competencies and skills needed in the retail workplace and understand how employers and senior leaders are preparing to integrate AI into their operations, workforce, and training systems. The insights gathered will directly inform the design of the AI Powered Futures program to ensure it strengthens both business outcomes and workforce resilience.

Assessment Goals:
