This form serves as a way to collect ideas for potential game-changing and systemic solutions that drive the transition towards healthy and sustainable consumption by (1) creating enabling food environments for healthy and sustainable dietary practices, (2) improving the experience of healthier and more sustainable food and improving consumers’ motivation and capability, and (3) halving food waste at food service, retail and household levels. These ideas will feed into the decision-making process for Action Track 2 of the Food Systems Summit and may, if relevant, be shared with other Action Tracks or partners to explore further.
