Thank you for your interest in the Children's Defense Fund Freedom School Program offered by the Springfield Urban League, Inc. Please complete the pre-application form below to be considered for enrollment. Submission of this application does not guarantee a spot in the program.

A Springfield Urban League representative will review your application and contact you to confirm whether your scholar has been accepted into the program.

Acceptance calls will begin on May 11, 2026.
